A good pediatrician from Oravita, Dr. Flavia Hrubaru, comes to the small clinic we have set up.
Every time she visits a good number of children. We pay the fee but she gives us a discount.
Then we buy the medicines and, with her, we take care of the necessary tests.
We have useful contacts with the Pediatrics of Timisoara, thanks to which we have also done eye checks on many children.
This is the SCJU Timisoara Pediatric section, Spital Bega, led by prof. Liviu Pop.
These, in addition to having already done a visit (over 40 children) with a group of volunteer doctors, take care of the cases that we send to Timisoara.
A talented German pediatrician, Dr. Wilma Kresonja-Friedewald, spent four full days with us, examining 110 children (of all ages), free of charge. Medicines and various aids (diapers, bottles, etc.) were provided.
Further information followed, drawing on the various medical connections we have in Timisoara.

We also collaborate with the surgeon Dr. David Vlad from the L. Țurcanu Hospital in Timisoara.
For example, we operated on a little girl for this congenital malformation, which no one had ever dealt with.
Thanks to the sponsorship of LIONS CLUB PARMA HOST, we are providing ophthalmological visits to many children and purchasing the necessary glasses.
We periodically have the “fight against lice”.
Since we cannot trust the families, we take care of the washing ourselves, with special shampoo.
